Belle et Berbere

From Saïd’s gîte, follow the path along the torrent, keeping strictly to the right bank. You will then follow a small irrigation channel that runs alongside the cliff.

The approach starts from Taghia village and takes about 20–30 minutes. Follow the path on the right side of the ravine, cross diagonally, and continue along the base of the wall until reaching the start of the route.

Belle et Berbère is a beautiful and well-equipped multi-pitch limestone route located on Jbel Timrazine, just above the village of Taghia in the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco. The route offers sustained, technical climbing on excellent rock, combined with a spectacular mountain atmosphere.

The climb is considered a paradisiacal route, situated only a few minutes’ walk from the village, making it easily accessible while still feeling wild and adventurous. The line follows natural weaknesses on a steep face, with logical pitch connections and consistent difficulty.
